With no ovens or bakery, aside from lighting and other general uses YOUR Farm Market operates at under $900/month for hydro consumption.
The Oxford LPP™ operating through 42 degree summer days and -20 degree winter nights averages 5 kW of power, maximum of 18 kW during the highest peak. That is less than 60 amps peak power on 208/3 phase. This value includes all caseloads and evaporator/defrost loads, condenser fans, etc. to encapsulate the entire refrigeration platform. Due to the variable speed compressors on medium and low profiles, there is never a large inrush on the system.
